Swirled Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Pie.

Try this delicious, perfect dessert with a tropical island flavor.

SWIRLED™ Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Pie

1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell *
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup (6 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® SWIRLED™ Semi-Sweet & Premier White Morsels**
3/4 cup flaked sweetened coconut
3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 pint (16 ounces) HAAGEN-DAZ Pineapple Coconut Ice Cream (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Beat eggs, butter, flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl on high speed until combined. Stir in morsels, coconut and nuts. Spread into pie shell.
  3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean. Cool slightly on wire rack. Serve warm with ice cream.

Makes 8 servings.

*If using a frozen pie shell, use deep-dish style, thawed completely. Bake on baking sheet; increase bake time slightly.

**If you cannot find NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® SWIRLED™ Semi-Sweet & Premier White Morsels in your area, substitute with 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Morsels and 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels.
