Cranberry Glazed Ham.

A festive, holiday ham with a deliciously easy cranberry-mustard glazed.

Cranberry Glazed Ham

1 (16-ounce) can Ocean Spray® Whole Berry or Jellied Cranberry Sauce
1/2 cup apricot preserves
2 tablespoons sweet honey mustard
1 (8-pound) fully-cooked whole boneless ham
  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook on medium heat, whisking occasionally, until preserves are melted and sauce is smooth. Remove from heat. Set aside.
  2. Place ham on rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer in thickest part of ham.
  3. Bake, uncovered, in a 325ºF (160ºC) oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until thermometer registers 135ºF to 140ºF (60ºC).
  4. Liberally baste ham with glaze during the last 45 minutes of baking.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
