Serve this simple dish with your favorite rice mix and glazed carrots.

Dijon-Orange Chops

1 pound boneless pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick
Lemon-pepper or seasoned salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup orange juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons cornstarch
  1. Sprinkle surface of chops with desired seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chops, about 3 minutes per side.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients except garnish. Pour mixture over chops. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Remove chops to serving platter.
