A fast and tasty use for
leftover ham.
Ham
'N Rice
- 2 cups cooked rice
1 pound cubed cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas
- Combine the cubed ham
with the cooked rice, shredded cheddar cheese and frozen peas.
Mix well, pour into a greased baking dish and bake in a 350°F
(175°C) oven for 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
