Here's something different
and tasty to do with leftover holiday ham.
Ham
BBQ
- 1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 tomato cup ketchup
1 pound chopped, cooked ham
4 French bread rolls
- In a medium skillet over
medium heat with butter; saute chopped onion and chopped green
bell pepper, until tender. Add in prepared mustard, Worcestershire
sauce, brown sugar, salt, and ketchup. Reduce to low and simmer
about 20 minutes.
- Stir in chopped ham, mixing
well.
- Spoon on french bread
rolls to serve.
Makes 4 servings.
