into a deliciously easy meal.
Ham
Rolls with Spinach

2 teaspoons onions, grated
12 ounces deli sliced ham
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

until tender; drain and squeeze dry.

and flour; cook over medium heat for 1 minute. Gradually stir
in milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add shredded
Cheddar cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
- Pour sauce over the ham
rolls, cover with aluminum foil, and bake at 350°F
(175°C) for 25 minutes, or until heated through.
