Make dinner time family time. This easy roast can be served with green salad, warmed crusty bread and French-cut green beans.

Italian Roast Pork Loin

2 to 3 pound boneless pork top loin roast
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon garlic pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  1. Pour salad dressing into resealable plastic bag; add pork, seal and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Remove pork from dressing and pat dry with paper towels;discard remaining salad dressing. Sprinkle pork with seasonings and place in shallow pan.
  3. Roast at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, until internal temperature is 155°F (approximately 65°C).
  4. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.

Serves 8 to 12.
