slowly in orange juice, orange marmalade, brown sugar and vinegar,
creating a delicious glaze.

4 pork chops
Salt
Pepper
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
- Sprinkle thick pork chops
with salt and pepper; dredge in flour. Heat oil in a heavy skillet
then brown the pork chops on both sides.
- Combine orange juice,
orange marmalade, brown sugar, and vinegar. Pour over the pork
chops. Cover, reduce the heat, and simmer for 40 to 45 minutes.
