A tasty pork chop and stuffing casserole.

Pork Chop and Corn Stuffing Bake

1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed corn soup
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups stuffing mix
4 pork chops
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared brown mustard

  1. In a medium bowl combine corn soup, finely chopped celery, finely chopped onion, paprika, and stuffing, stir until completely mixed. Transfer into a 9-inch greased pie plate.
  2. Arrange boneless pork chops on top of stuffing mixture; pressing in lightly.
  3. In a small bowl combine brown sugar with prepared brown mustard; spread evenly over the pork chops.
  4. Bake in a 400°F (205°C) oven for 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are tender.

Makes 4 servings.
