Serve these tasty sesame
pork rolls with seasoned rice and glazed carrots.
Sesame
Pork Rolls
- 4 boneless pork loin chops,
4 ounces each, butterflied
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water
6 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- Between two pieces of
plastic wrap, pound each butterflied chop to 1/8-inch thickness.
- Brush one surface of each
chop with sesame oil, sprinkle with one tablespoon green onion.
Roll up chops; coat with flour, dip into egg wash, and roll in
sesame seeds.
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet.
Add pork rolls and cook 10 to 12 minutes, turning carefully to
brown all sides.
