
This hearty casserole combines chicken,
vegetables and pasta together with creamy, melted cheese.

Pasta Casserole
- 11/2 pounds boneless skinless
chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen
Italian-style vegetable combination, thawed
- 1 (10-ounce) can RO*TEL
Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
- 3/4 pound (12 ounces)
VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch
cubes
- Heat oven to 400°F
(205°C). Combine ingredients in 13x9-inch baking dish; cover
with foil.
- Bake 40 minutes. Let stand
5 minutes; stir.
Makes 8 servings, about
1 1/2 cups each.
