
Breaded and fried chicken
strips served with a simple, creamy tomato ketchup-flavored dip
is a convenient and tasty dinner option. Great for easy entertaining,
too.
Chicken
Strips with Creamy Red Dip
- 1 (7.6-ounce) can NESTLÉ
Media Crema - divided use
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 pound boneless, skinless
chicken breast halves, cut into 2 x 1/2-inch strips
- 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 3 teaspoons MAGGI Granulated
Chicken Flavor Bouillon
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Combine media crema, mustard
and water in medium bowl; set aside. Sprinkle chicken with bouillon.
- Heat oil in large, nonstick
skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook, stirring frequently,
until browned. Pour media crema mixture over chicken; bring to
a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve
sprinkled with parsley.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
