Tired of cooking after the holiday and you've got leftover turkey you need to do some with? Try this easy 'recipe' using convenient, ready-to-use frozen macaroni and cheese and broccoli.

Double Cheese Turkey Mac

1 (40-ounce) package frozen macaroni and cheese
2 cups cubed cooked turkey*
2 cups frozen broccoli cuts, partially thawed
1/8 teaspoon rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup (4 ounce) three-cheese blend shredded cheese
  1. Thaw macaroni and cheese in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 10 to 15 minutes; set aside.
  2. Combine first turkey, broccoli, sage and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in macaroni and cheese; pour into a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Makes 6 servings.

* 2 cups chopped cooked chicken may be substituted.
