Skewers of marinated cubes
of turkey, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, green bell pepper
and onion are grilled to perfection in about 10 minutes.

Turkey Shish Kabob
- 1 1/4 pounds turkey tenderloins
1/3 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 bay leaves
8 mushrooms
8 cherry tomatoes
1 zucchini, sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
2 onions, diced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cut turkey into 1-inch
cubes.
- In a small bowl combine
together chili sauce, lemon juice, sugar, and bay leaves and
pour over the turkey. Toss to coat and refrigerate at least 4
hours, stirring occasionally.
- Thread the turkey and
mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, sliced zucchini, sliced green bell
pepper, and diced onion onto skewers. Brush lightly with oil.
- Grill 6-inches from the
coals for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
