Turketti
- 4 ounces spaghetti
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped pimiento
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 3/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Break spaghetti into 2-inch
pieces. Cook in boiling water according to package directions;
drain. Layer half in a greased 9-ilnch baking dish.
- Meanwhile, in a medium
bowl, mix together cooked, chopped turkey, chopped onion, and
chopped pimiento; spoon over the spaghetti. Combine chicken broth,
salt, and pepper; pour over the turkey mixture and top with the
remaining spaghetti. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
