Fast and easy Italian-style
turkey rolls baked in an microwave oven.

Rolls Italian-Style
- Vegetable cooking spray
1 pound turkey tenderloin, sliced thinly into 6 pieces
- Waxed paper
Italian seasoning to taste
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (14 1/2-ounce) jar marinara or spaghetti sauce
- Spray 6 custard cups with
vegetable cooking spray.
- Place sliced turkey on
wax paper and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. Sprinkle the
cheese evenly on the turkey slices and roll up like a jelly roll.
- Divide part of marinara
sauce in the custard cups. Place a turkey roll in each cup; topping
with the remaining spaghetti sauce.
- In the center of a microwave
oven arrange the custard cups in a circle. Cover each with a
sheet of wax paper; microwave on high for 13 to 15 minutes, turning
every 5 minutes or until done.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes
before serving. Unmold onto serving plates.
Makes 6 servings.
