Sweet and tangy apple and cabbage coleslaw
dressed with sour cream, lemon, sugar and horseradish.
Apple-Cabbage Horsey
Slaw
- 3 cups unpared red or green apples, cored
and coarsely chopped
- 4 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Horseradish
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In large bowl, lightly toss all ingredients
until well blended. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
