Broccoli Salad
Salad Ingredients:
4 cups chopped fresh broccoli
2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped cashews
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup real bacon bits
Dressing Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
- For Salad: Mix all salad ingredients together
in large bowl.
- For Dressing: Mix together mayonnaise,
vinegar and sugar in a small bowl, blending well.
- Pour dressing over vegetables about 15
minutes before serving and toss to coat well.
Makes 12 servings.
