A delicious, gourmet-style
chicken salad with seedless grapes and diced celery tossed in
a refreshing sour cream dressing. Serve on a bed or lettuce or
as a sandwich filling.

Salad
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1/2 cup halved, seedless grapes
1/2 cup diced celery
3/4 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
- Lettuce for serving
- In a bowl combine chicken,
grapes and celery.
- Blend together sour cream,
mustard, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken
mixture and toss lightly to blend.
- Chill well before serving.
Serve on a bed or lettuce or as a sandwich filling.
Makes 8 servings.
