
Chop, chop! Get out your
cleaver and start chopping away for a tasty salad of chopped
cucumber, tomato, red onion, kalamata olives and hearts of romaine
with crumbled blue or feta cheese and dressed in an asiago peppercorn
dressing.

- 1/2 cup T. Marzetti®
Asiago Peppercorn Dressing
- 2 English cucumbers, peeled,
seeded and diced
3 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
4 ounces crumbled blue or feta cheese
2 large romaine hearts, chopped
- In a large bowl, combine
all ingredients, add T. Marzetti Asiago Peppercorn Dressing and
toss well.
- Salad is best served same
day it is made.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
