
Thin whole wheat bread spread with a cranberry
cream cheese mixture and topped with lettuce and sliced turkey.
A tasty use for leftover turkey, too.
Turkey-Cranberry
Delight
- 1 tablespoon light cream
cheese, softened
1 1/2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices thin whole wheat bread
2 slices Butterball® Golden Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
- Combine butter and ginger
until well blended.
- Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons
of the butter mixture on one side of each of the 12 pieces of
bread.
- Sprinkle pine nuts and
cranberries over all.
- Arrange the sliced turkey
on top of 6 of the bread slices. Top with a lettuce leaf. Top
with remaining bread slices.
- Cut each sandwich into
4 triangles.
