
Almost like the classic after-Thanksgiving
sandwich, with the exception of the sliced bread, these mini
sandwiches are made with leftover dinner rolls, roasted turkey,
bread dressing and cranberry sauce. They are sure to become an
annual favorite because they taste as good as they are easy to
make!
Turkey
Dinner Sliders
- Leftover yeast dinner
rolls
- Softened butter for spreading
(or cream cheese or mayonnaise, as desired)
- Leftover cooked turkey,
sliced
- Leftover bread dressing
- Leftover cranberry sauce
- Split dinner rolls and
spread with softened butter.
- Layer the turkey, dressing
and cranberry sauce on the bottom half of a roll and then top
with remaining half of roll.
- Eat and enjoy!
