Chili
and Spice Rub
- 1/4 cup chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
4 cloves garlic, minced
- Combine all ingredients.
Makes about 1/4 cup, enough
for 3 to 4 pounds pork or beef tenderloin.
