Try this zesty lime butter
with grilled corn on the cob, or grilled or steamed fresh asparagus
or broccoli.
Lime
Butter
- 4 tablespoons butter,
room temperature
1 teaspoon lime zest
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- In a small bowl, beat
together all ingredients until well blended.
Makes 1/4 cup.
