Sour Cream Substitute
- 1 (16-ounce) container
low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Place cottage cheese,
buttermilk and lemon juice into a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
Makes 2 cups.
