
Quick and easy! Halibut
and pineapple slices are broiled, brushed with a bottled sesame
ginger teriyaki sauce. The halibut is served topped with the
grilled pineapple, which is chopped, and sliced green onion.
Sesame
Ginger Roasted Halibut
- 1/2 (354 ml) bottle sesame
ginger teriyaki sauce
4 pieces of halibut (cod or tilapia can also be used)*
8 ounces sliced pineapple
1 green onion, finely sliced on the diagonal
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
(175ºC).
- Place fish and sliced
pineapple on broiler rack. Baste liberally with sauce.
- Place in oven for 15 minutes
or until fish flakes easily.
- Coarsely chop grilled
pineapple.
- Top each piece of fish
with sliced green onions and chopped pineapple.
- Serve with rice and add
more sauce if desired.
Makes 4 servings.
*Can replace fish with
chicken.
