Shrimp Chop Suey
- 1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup chopped green pepper
2 cups cooked shrimp
- 2 cups bean sprouts, parboiled in separate
pan
- Teriyaki sauce
- Hot cooked long grain rice
- Tenderize the vegetables in a little water
in skillet, adding shrimp and sprouts at the end.
- Sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and serve
with hot cooked rice.
Serves 4.
