This vegetable and rice dish with mushrooms
is almost as quick and easy as opening a can! Remember this tasty
side dish next time you have leftover rice.
7-Vegetable Mushroom
Rice
- 2 (15-ounce) cans of mixed vegetables,
drained
- 2 cups cooked wild or regular rice
- 1 cup canned mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- Mix together and heat through. Serve hot.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
