Scalloped
Pineapple
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (20-ounce) can of crushed
pineapple, juice and all
- 5 slices of bread, cubed
- Cream sugar and butter,
beat eggs and add them to the creamed
mixture. Add pineapple juice and all, then add the bread.
- Now turn into a greased
9 x 9-inch pan, the mixture, not you, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
