Q: How long can you keep a box of frozen spinach in
the freezer?
A: There should be a recommended date of storage on
the box of spinach. However, you can keep the spinach in the
freezer indefinitely and it would still be safe. It is the nutritional
value and quality that is lost as time goes by. I would recommend
using it within 3 months of purchase, but 6 months wouldn't matter
too much, either!
