Cajun spices are sprinkled
atop a wheel of brie and baked just until warm and soft to the
touch.
Baked
Brie with Cajun Spices
- 1 Wisconsin Brie (8 ounces)
at cool room temperature
2 to 3 teaspoons Mixed Cajun Spices
Crusty bread
- Preheat oven temperature
to 500°F (260°C).
- Place Brie on a shallow
oven-proof serving plate.
- Sprinkle with spices.
- Bake until Brie is warm
and soft to the touch, about 4 minutes. Take care not to overheat.
- Serve with bread.
