Baked Brie with Cajun Spices

No recipe image available.Cajun spices are sprinkled atop a wheel of Brie and baked just until warm and soft to the touch.

Recipe Ingredients:


1 Wisconsin Brie (8 ounces) at cool room temperature
2 to 3 teaspoons Mixed Cajun Spices
Crusty bread

Cooking Directions:

  1. Preheat oven temperature to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Place Brie on a shallow oven-proof serving plate.
  3. Sprinkle with spices.
  4. Bake until Brie is warm and soft to the touch, about 4 minutes. Take care not to overheat.
  5. Serve with bread.

Makes 8 servings.
