These easy cheesy potato
wedges with embedded bits of bacon make a tasty appetizer or
snack with ranch or blue cheese salad dressing for a dipping
sauce, or simply serve them as a side dish on their own.
Cheese
& Bacon Potato Wedgies
- 1 (25-ounce) package frozen
potato wedges
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
6 to 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
- 4 medium green onions,
thinly sliced
- Bake potato wedges according
to package directions.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle
with cheddar cheese and bacon and return to oven and bake until
cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with green onions
and serve immediately.
Makes 8 servings.
