Cheese & Bacon Potato Wedgies
- 1 (25-ounce) package frozen potato wedges
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese
6 to 8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled- 4 medium green onions, thinly sliced
- Bake potato wedges according to package directions.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bacon and bake until cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle with green onions and serve hot!
Makes 8 servings.
