
These tasty little cheese
and olive balls are sure to be a hit at your next party!
Cheese
and Olive Balls
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded
Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon paprika
48 large pimento-stuffed olives
- Blend together cheese
and butter, using a mixer or blender. Add flour and paprika.
Mix thoroughly and shape 1 tablespoon of mixture around each
olive, dipping hands in flour to prevent sticking.
- Arrange on baking sheet
and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes until golden.
Makes 40.
Tip: If desired, prepared
olive balls may be frozen until ready for baking.
