Cheesy Crab and Broccoli Spread.

Here is the perfect appetizer for all you seafood lovers. This rich and cheesy recipe is sure to please all. Serve with crispy pita chips or chunks of warm French bread.

Cheesy Crab and Broccoli Spread

1 (40-ounce) package frozen broccoli au gratin, defrosted according to package directions
1 1/2 cups chopped imitation crabmeat
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
  2. Process broccoli au gratin in a food processor, or chop by hand until broccoli is about ½ inch in size.
  3. Combine broccoli au gratin, crabmeat, milk, cheese, green onions and hot pepper sauce in a large bowl; season with salt to taste. Transfer to a 2-quart baking dish.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.

Makes 6 cups.
