Quick and easy to prepare, these cheesy tortilla wedges are delicious topped-off with your favorite Mexican toppings. Your guests are sure to ask for them again and again.

Mexican Tortilla Appetizers

6 (6-inch) fajita-size flour tortillas
1 (16-ounce) can ORTEGA® Refried Beans
1/2 cup ORTEGA Taco Sauce
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack or Mexican blend cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Place tortillas on baking sheet(s).
  2. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp.
  3. Spread beans evenly over tortillas. Spread taco sauce evenly over beans. Top with bell peppers, green onions and crushed red pepper. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.

Makes 12 appetizer servings.
