These tasty franks, cooked in a simple honey-barbecue sauce, are a party favorite.
1 pound frankfurters
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Cut each frank in fourths and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan or skillet. Add franks and continue cooking until heated thoroughly.
- Serve hot on toasted hotdog or hamburger buns, or with cocktail picks as appetizer.
