MIX & MATCH
Dont bother with identical
table wares this year. Instead mix it up and go eclectic! Mix
and match plates, silverware, goblets, etc for an unexpected
look. To keep the table decor from looking too messy, stick with
specific styles or colors. For example, mix and match plates
in white and gold then blend in other fall colors like orange,
green, and brown, for your glassware, table runners, salad plates,
serving dishes etc Then pull the look together with a cloth napkin
that includes all the colors on your table then add a white or
gold napkin ring to finish the look.
GO TRADITIONAL
Dress up your table with traditional
Thanksgiving items by putting colorful gourds or ears of mini
Indian corn in rich colors on top of each plate or by each glass.
Children of all ages love the bright colors and texture of natural
gourds plus its a simple yet thoughtful accessory to your
table. Sprinkle in some fall leaves, (real or faux) for an added
designer touch.
