Peanut Butter Chocolate Layer Bars
- 20 peanut butter sandwich cookies, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
- 3 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 1/4 cups salted dry-roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 cup (6-ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- Preheat oven to 350*F (175*C).
- Combine cookie crumbs and butter in small bowl; press into bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Layer peanuts, chocolate chips and coconut over crumb mixture. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over layered mixture.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until coconut is golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
Makes 2 dozen bars.
