Scrumptious chocolate brownies with a just hint of orange and loads of white chocolate in every bite!

White Chocolate Chip Orange Brownies

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2 to 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange peel
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
3 tablespoons water
1 (12-ounce) package white chocolate chips
  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch square baking pan; set aside.
  2. Stir together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa and orange peel in medium bowl.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, water and chocolate chips until well blended; spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.

Makes 16 to 20 brownies.
