
This quick and easy recipe makes a satisfying
meal the whole family will enjoy.
Chili
Brisket Corn Bread Bake
- 2 packages Tyson®
Braised Beef Brisket with Mild Chili Sauce
- 1 box corn bread mix
- 2 cups Pace® Corn
and Black Bean Salsa
- 1 cup shredded pepper
jack cheese
- Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C).
- Remove clear wrap and
sleeves from brisket tray. Empty contents into a large casserole
dish and set aside.
- Prepare corn bread according
to package directions; set aside to cool.
- Layer salsa and a half
cup of pepper jack cheese onto the brisket in the casserole dish.
Top with slices of corn bread and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes and
serve.
