A microwave beef recipe.

Steak Fingers
- 3 pounds beef steaks
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons garlic cloves, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons beer
- Cut steak into 1-inch
strips and arrange in a microwave-safe dish.
- Mix together, soy sauce,
Worcestershire sauce, chopped garlic cloves, and beer and pour
mixture on top of steak. Marinate for 5 minutes then microwave
on MEDIUM for 10 minutes. Turn the steak over and continue microwaving
for 5 minutes, or until tender.
Makes 6 servings.
