Steak Fajita Stuffed Peppers
- 1 (24-ounce) package ORTEGA®
Frozen Steak Fajita, prepared according to package directions,
kept hot
4 red, green or yellow bell peppers
1/4 cup low fat sour cream
- Cut stem end off peppers;
remove seeds. Heat water in 4-quart saucepan to a gentle boil
- Cook peppers for 5 minutes;
drain. Fill peppers with fajita mixture; top each with sour cream.
