banana-fortified low-fat malted milkshake.
- 1 ripe small banana, cut up
1 cup chocolate fat free skim milk
1 cup vanilla low-fat ice cream
2 teaspoons instant malted milk powder
- In a blender container combine banana,
chocolate fat free skim milk, low-fat ice cream, and instant
malted milk powder. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
