This is the ultimate tropical milkshake. Think of a piña colada (minus the alcohol) infused with orange and banana.
1 cup coconut ice cream
1 (8.25-ounce) can crushed pineapple, chilled
3/4 cup light cream or milk
1/2 of a 6-ounce can (1/3 cup) frozen tangerine or orange juice concentrate
1 small banana, chopped
3 to 4 ice cubes
- In a blender, combine ice cream, undrained pineapple, light cream or milk, frozen concentrate and banana. Cover and blend just until combined.
- With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through opening in lid. Blend until thick and foamy.
- Pour into 6 chilled glasses.
