Have this drink either
hot or cold. It goes well for any brunch buffet.
Hot
or Cold Tomato Cocktail
- 1 (46-ounce) can tomato
juice cocktail
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
Snipped chives, if desired
- Heat all ingredients except
chives in medium-sized saucepan over low heat until hot.
- To serve, pour into mugs
and sprinkle with chives.
- Option: Stir all ingredients
together except chives, chill until serving and serve sprinkled
with chives.
Makes 12 servings.
