This delicious blend of mangoes, mango
nectar and coconut milk makes a great meal on the go.
Mango
Licuado
- 3 cups chopped mango,
(fresh, jarred or frozen)
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 2/3 cup coconut milk or
whole milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime
or lemon juice
- 1 cup ice cubes, (if frozen
mangoes are not used)
- Place mango, nectar, coconut
milk, lime juice and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
