O.J. Yogurt Shake
Milk, vanilla yogurt, orange juice concentrate and some ice cubes tossed in the blender makes for a quick, healthy and delicious beverage thick enough to eat with a spoon.
1 cup milk
1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla or plain yogurt*
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 cups ice cubes
- Place milk, yogurt and orange juice concentrate into blender container. Cover and process on high until well-blended. Remove feeder cap; gradually add ice cubes, processing until smooth.
Makes 5 servings.
*If using plain yogurt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract can be added, if desired.
