Rompope is strong, sweet
and meant to be sipped, so small glasses are in order. Refrigerated,

Rompope
(Mexican Eggnog)
- 4 large eggs
1 (14-ounce) can Nestle La Lachera
Condensed Milk (sweetened
condensed milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup rum
Ground nutmeg for sprinkling
- Blend all ingredients
(except for nutmeg) in a blender on high speed.
- Serve in small glasses
with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
