Slim 'n Frosty Fruit Shake
Here's a healthier twist on a milkshake that your whole family will enjoy.
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup cream-style low fat (1%) cottage cheese
1 1/2 cups chilled cut-up fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, cantaloupe, blueberries, or raspberries)
1 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
- Place all ingredients into blender container. Cover; process on high until smooth.
Makes 3 servings.
Tip: For extra frosty shake, freeze peeled banana several hours before using.
