Satisfying yogurt shake
for a quick breakfast, lunch or snack.
Strawberry-Banana
Shake
- 1 cup strawberries, cleaned
and hulled
1 banana, peeled
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup ice cubes
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine strawberries,
banana, yogurt, ice cubes, sugar and vanilla in a blender; process
at high speed for about 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve immediately.
